As you guys might have noticed yet another downtime during the week, as it is reflected in

Details of issue:
Our EX-Management (jonesolut ions.com) failed to provide reliable managemen t and lacked pro-activeness in monitorin
g our server, we have
now switched our managemen t, and are using them for our PHP Proxy Hosting (
www.phppr oxyhost.c om) server too (yes we have separate server for hosting proxies), they have been prompt whenever issues pop up, for example the recent power supply failure and server outage was handled by them , even before I myself noticed that proxyhost
ing was down. But we were not fortunate enough with Jonesolut
ions.com to pick up the failure and respond to the situation in time.
The problem was either misconfig ured Kernel or Firewall misconfig uration. Either way the managemen
t was responsib
le to keep server in healthy state at all times, but failed. On weekend we had same issue/failure, and re-occurrence of same situation showed their inability to correct the root cause.
Total of 7 - 10 hrs is our estimated downtime over the span of 1 week only, we never had such an issue , and hope to never see another re-occurrence of the same. We apologize for any inconveni
ence cause.
